In the fall of 2020, Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC) was the first postsecondary institution to sign on as a presenter for a statewide virtual event, granting all our youth the opportunity to explore educational options. Youth learned about the Kalamazoo Valley Accelerated Associates Program, a unique opportunity that provides eligible, in-district students with financial and personalized support to earn an associate degree at an accelerated pace. In March, KVCC returned to educate our youth about several of their educational pathways and a student panel shared what it is really like to be a college student. KVCC has become a true partner in inspiring our youth to achieve a future beyond imagination. Recordings of both events can be found in our events section.
