Kevin Stotts serves as President of Talent 2025, an organization driven to ensuring a diverse and talented workforce for West Michigan.

Kevin is a results-driven, visionary leader with more than 10 years of experience and success leading non-profit organizations. Kevin possesses an enhanced understanding of complex local, state and national public policy issues while bringing experience in leadership development / training, strategic planning, fund development, marketing, human resource management, branding and marketing.

Prior to joining Talent 2025, Kevin was Vice President of Community Programs at Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce where his outreach efforts made a tremendous impact in the community. During his eight years with the chamber, Kevin directed the Center for Community Leadership and launched HelloWestMichigan.com. Previous work included directing a statewide scholarship program and working for Governor John Engler.

Kevin has a B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University and an A.A. in Political Science/History from Northern Michigan College.

In addition to the Youth Solutions Board of Directors, Kevin previously served as Board Chair at Guiding Light Mission in Grand Rapids.
