Getting Back in the Game

Nearly 9,000 of Michigan’s young people are dropping out of school every year. In the struggle between school and life, too often life is winning. At Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates, we spend all of our time helping young people win.

In our dropout recovery programming, we’re all about removing barriers that get in the way of education and employment success. Our JMG specialists tackle transportation, basic skills deficiencies, child care, housing, and more to ensure young people graduate and obtain employment. We partner with Michigan Works! organizations, community non-profits, and adult education centers to offer these life-changing services.

Without the JMG program I would not have had the motivation to want to go to college after achieving my GED.
